How CineECG free trials work

Using CineECG free trials is simple.
It requires the following steps:

  1. Register your contact data on the CineECG.com website in the section FREE TRIALS.

    This data consists of the following items:

    • Your name
    • Your email address
    • Your phone number
  2. Registration for CineECG free trial includes registration for the CineECG newsletter.
    (To unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can click on the unsubscribe button located in any newsletter email that we sent.)
  3. After registration click on the go to to Free Trial button
    You are now connected to the HealthCor platform which we use for the execution of the CineECG service.

On the home page of the Healthcor platform, please click on Sign up / Register. If you have already signed up and completed the registration process you can immediately click on Sign In.
This will take you to step 7 (Dashboard) where you can activate the services.

Step 1: Enter your email address

Step 2: Click on send verification code

Step 3: Open the new message in your mailbox and copy the verification code

Step 4: Enter verification code in box on Healthcor platform

Step 5: Click on verify code

You can now enter the additional registration data.

After the verification process you need to proceed with:

Step 1:

  • Enter a password
  • Confirm password
  • Select your country

Step 2:

  • Click on Create

You have now access to the Healthcor Platform. You can look around but you can not use the services yet. To do this you need to set up a profile first. To do this you will go to the Dashboard page.

The Dashboard page is the central area of the Healthcor platform.Here you can set up your profile (click on right top corner), take a quick tour of the main functions, enter the services area and manage your billing options and the CineECG reports you have ordered.

To create a profile, you need to enter:

  • The name of your organisation (Healthcor use is only available for professional users).
  • For FREE TRIAL use please select single service (is default setting) 
  • Your first and last name
  • The address of your organisation 
  • The VAT number of your organisation (Since Healthcor is running on an Italian server we need to establish your base country).

Before you can proceed you need to accept both the privacy terms and the general terms of conditions (ToC). To do this you need to click on each document at the bottom of the profile page.

Each document will open separately which provides you with the option to learn its content. You can go back to the main profile page by closing the separate document. In this example we show you the privacy page. The ToC document process is identical.

After closing the documents you can click on the boxes on the left side of the screen to accept the documents.

The invoices submitted by the system after purchasing a service are send to the email address mentioned in your profile. If you want to change this information you can click on the button on the right side of the profile page.

You can change the invoice address by using the edit function on the separate Stripe page. Stripe is the billing platform used by Healthcor. You can also see your invoice history on this page. You can return to Healtcor by clicking on the return button on the left side of the page.

To use the CineECG service you click on the GO button in the Services box.

To start the CineECG analysis process click on the TRY button.
During the FREE TRIAL period you can see how many FREE TRIAL sessions are left. Clicking on the TRY button will bring you to the ECG data set upload function.
